At Velites, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and including all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
